Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients:
1 package of fresh cranberries, washed with any bad berries removed
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice (about 4 oranges)
Zest of an orange
¼ teaspoon each of Ground Cinnamon, Ground Nutmeg, Ground Cloves

In a 2 quart pan stir together the sugar and spices
Add the juice, cranberries and orange zest
Over medium heat bring the berries to a boil and cook until the berries “pop” and become broken and soft, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, cover and let cool
Serve warm or cold

Can be made up to 4 days in advance of use.

Easy Peach Cobbler

1 box Yellow Cake Mix
2 Big Cans Peach's (drain, save juice)
Cinnamon
Sugar
Butter

Butter glass baking dish
add peach's
add some juice (not completley cover)
sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over peachs
add cake mix
slice 1 cube of butter over top
bake 350 for 1 hour ( 40minutes covered, 20minutes uncovered with foil)
Serve warm with Vanilla ice cream... Yum!

Taco Soup


Artichoke Dip

1 lg can Artichoke hearts (not marinated) Chop and Drain
1 4oz can chopped Green Chillies
1/3 of 4oz can of Jalepenos (to your taste)
1 1/2 C. Mozzerella shredded Cheese
1/4 C. Parmesan shredded Cheese
1 C. Mayonaise

Bake 375 for 15-20 minutes, until bubbly and starts to turn golden.
